p888 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Member") and p888 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of p888's online gaming and sports betting services available at https://p888.pw and through the p888 mobile application.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet on p888, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• All information you provide during registration and verification is accurate and complete.
• You accept these Terms in full, including any updates that may be made from time to time.

p888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani members. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain meaning of the text as understood by a reasonable Pakistani adult reader shall apply.

02 Account Registration

To use p888, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to adults aged 18 and above. The following conditions apply to all p888 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one p888 account. Creating duplicate accounts using different contact details, payment methods or device identifiers is prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current and complete information during registration. p888 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time.
• Account sharing: Your account is personal to you. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted.
• Account transfers: p888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or assign your account to another person.

p888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close an account at its discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation or a violation of these Terms.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on p888 — including deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times, which depend on the selected payment method. p888 aims to process requests promptly, but cannot guarantee same-day delivery in all cases.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, p888 may require identity verification documents. This is a standard requirement and not a penalty.
• p888 does not charge members for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of p888.

04 Betting and Gaming Rules

p888 offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), football, esports, tennis and other sports, as well as Live Casino and Slot Games. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. p888 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a market is voided by p888 under the circumstances below.
• Odds displayed on p888 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• p888 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by an obvious technical error in the odds display.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. p888 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live play.
• p888 reserves the right to set individual betting limits per event, per market and per member. Higher limits may be available to VIP members.
• Casino and Slot Games operate using certified random number generation. Results are determined by the game's own mechanics and are not influenced by p888 staff.
• Any attempt to exploit a known or suspected bug in a game or betting market must be reported to support. Deliberate exploitation of platform errors will result in account suspension and any resulting winnings will be voided.

For sport-specific rules — such as match abandonment, result reversal or event postponement — p888 applies standard industry rules which are available in the FAQ section of the platform.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

p888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the point of opt-in for each offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may have different contribution percentages, which are stated per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless p888 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion details.
• Abuse prevention: p888 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Accounts found to be abusing promotional terms will have bonuses removed and may be restricted from future promotions.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement can be withdrawn, up to any maximum cashout limit stated in the promotion.

06 VIP Programme

The p888 VIP programme is an invitation-based rewards scheme for active and consistent members. VIP status and the benefits associated with it are at p888's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to any member by virtue of meeting a minimum deposit or wager threshold alone.

• VIP benefits may include higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers, priority support response times and access to exclusive promotions.
• VIP status does not exempt a member from any of the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. All general rules continue to apply to VIP accounts.
• p888 reserves the right to change the structure, benefits and membership criteria of the VIP programme at any time without prior notice.
• VIP status is non-transferable and is personal to the account holder. It cannot be passed to another account or person.

07 Responsible Gaming

p888 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides tools to help members manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it is enforced automatically for the duration of the selected period.
• Session reminders: Enable notifications to alert you after you have been active on the platform for a set amount of time.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you can request a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. During an exclusion period, your account will not be accessible for any gaming or betting activity.

08 Privacy and Data

• p888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Standard encryption is applied to all data transmitted between your device and the p888 platform.

09 Security and Fraud Prevention

p888 takes platform security seriously and actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise compromise the p888 platform or its systems.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information in sports betting.
• Using p888 accounts to move funds obtained through illegal activity.

Where p888 suspects fraudulent or criminal activity, it reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation and, where necessary, to report the matter to the relevant authorities. p888 cooperates fully with law enforcement in relation to fraud and financial crime investigations.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Either you or p888 may close an account at any time. The process and consequences depend on the circumstances:

• Voluntary closure by you: Contact p888 support to request account closure. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.
• Closure by p888 — general: p888 may close or suspend an account where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued access is not appropriate. Where this is not related to a breach of Terms, any balance will be returned.
• Closure by p888 — breach of Terms: If your account is closed because of a breach of these Terms — including fraud, underage use, duplicate account creation or bonus abuse — p888 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds that are intermingled with fraudulently obtained bonuses.
• Self-exclusion closure: If you have requested self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible for the duration of the exclusion period. After the exclusion expires, a cooling-off period will apply before access is restored.

11 Limitation of Liability

p888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The following limitations apply:

• p888 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the member's side, or events outside p888's reasonable control.
• p888 is not liable for losses arising from a member's reliance on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, where the error is identified and corrected promptly.
• p888 is not responsible for any tax obligations a member may have in relation to winnings. It is the member's own responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax requirements in their jurisdiction.
• p888's total liability to any individual member for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits p888's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud committed by p888 itself.

12 Changes to These Terms

p888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect member rights or obligations, p888 will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the p888 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
